These Courses are for teachers, therapists, parents, and anyone seeking to engage in self-development and enhance their communication skills.

Each year Debbie teaches a new focus related to the Art of Speech. She believes it’s essential to harness the power of your voice and to do it mindfully. We use our voices to share our thoughts, feelings, create connections to those around us and navigate our world daily; it’s not something to be taken lightly.

  • Reciting poetry with a class of students is one of the great joys of teaching. Starting the day with the humor, drama, wisdom or lyricism of a poem gave the students and me, their teacher, energy and heart for the day. Recitation should never become mechanical, dull or droning. Having practiced speech formation in trainings was one of the greatest gifts to my teaching for which I was always grateful. Through it I could give life to the students.
