The Certificate Collective Program
For students looking for a certificate in Pedagogical Speech, we offer a full three-year program.
Dive deeply into the art of speech formation to transform yourself, your teaching and to become a leader who can bring the art to your students in specifically designed speech classes as well as to your colleagues. A rich and full curriculum that can go further during the residencies which includes intensive individual and choral work as well as additional activities.

Information for New Students
Entering October 2024-March 2025 Students
Live 2-hour classes via video platform in four blocks over the course of four months. -
1:30 - 3:30 EST; Saturday and Sundays
Block 1: October 19-20, 26 -27
Block 2: December 7 - 8; 14 -15
Block 3: January 4 -5, 11 - 12
Block 4: March 1 -2, 8 - 9
One-on-one mentoring with Debbie Spitulnik. Receive insight and support in your individual journey with speech. Roughly four one-hour sessions or eight half-hour sessions per year. Some flexibility is possible. Also includes 3 months of online replay access.
Two four-day, in person weekend residencies - one fall, one spring. Work closely and collaboratively with your Collective colleagues (Great speech exercise!!) Experience choral work, individual projects, other related artistic work such as puppetry,movement , and more.
