By registering, you confirm that you agree to the following:

1. Consent to Record and Use

I grant permission to The Art of Speech Collective to record my voice and likeness on video and/or audio as part of the Banned and Challenged Books project. I understand that The Art of Speech Collective may edit these recordings for clarity, length, or artistic presentation.

2. Usage Rights

I authorize The Art of Speech Collective to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and publicly present my recorded image, voice, and name (if applicable), in whole or in part, in any and all formats and media—including but not limited to: websites, social media platforms, video channels, educational settings, public events, and promotional materials.

3. No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for participating in this project or for the use of my voice, any photographs of me that I might provide, and any recorded content.

4. Revocation

I understand I may revoke this permission in writing at any time prior to the publication or distribution of my recording and any associated photographs or other personal information I might provide to The Art of Speech Collective.. Once published or distributed, I understand that revocation may not be possible.

5. Ownership

I acknowledge that all recordings and related media produced as part of this project are the property of The Art of Speech Collective.

6. Respectful Participation

I affirm that my participation will be respectful and aligned with the project’s mission: to celebrate literature, uphold freedom of expression, and raise awareness about censorship through creative expression.
